Japan:

Destroy the USN

"The idea of this unbelievable plan is to completely demolish USA' s entire navy in the Pacific theater within 2 turns, and then hold them back from rebuilding any ships in the Pacific. To do this, Japan must act swiflly on their first turn. On the first turn, it must send the sub from the Solomon Islands, the battleship, carrier, and fighter on it from the Caroline Islands, and the battleship and transport from Japan, all to the sea zone off of the Hawaiian Islands and enter combat. The USA holds one sub and one fighter on an aircraft carrier in this zone, and obviously will be wiped out easily. The remaining Japanese ships shoud stay there for the remainder of that turn. (Also, the Japan should buy another sub or two to at the beginning on the first turn to be placed off Japan.) When the USA goes next, they will notice that they obviously only have one battleship and one transport left (off Western USA) in the entire Pacific. So, they will probably buy a ship or two to reinforce that area along with their other weapon purchases. If they don't do this, then Japan just has all the more advantage. Most likely, the USA will not choose to do anything with the battleship and transport on their first turn, but leave them there to defend Western USA. On Japan's second turn, they must use the remaining navy off of Hawaii to attack all ships in Western USA sea zone. Japan should win, since they'll most likely have the advantage. If they do, all surviving Japanese ships must stay in that zone, thus witholding the USA from putting any ships in that sea zone. Thus, all USA naval competition will be eliminated, and be kept from re-emerging on the scene. The extra sub or two that Japan buys should be sent asap to join the fleet off Western USA to help take hits in defense against USA fighters. (the Japanese fleet off of Western USA should be always kept strong to block the production of USA ships in the Pacific. Good Luck!"
