  "The Fall of Alchemax Part 1". How would you feel if you woke up on the wrong site of bed to find throngs of Specialists attacking your megacorp with swords, and basically hacking up all your employees? Pretty pissed, huh. Well our hero and CEO Miggy has to fight off not only these rejects from "The Seven Samurais", but also deal with the hysterics of Halloween Jack, as he tries to borrow Alchemax's Virtual Unreality gate. Yes, some days its better to just sleep in.

  "The Fall of Alchemax Part 2". Damn Specialists. You keep killing 'em and killing 'em, and more of 'em keep on coming. It wouldn't be so bad, but there's one little thing... Alchemax is about to blow sky high with Spider-Man trapped inside!

  "The Fall of Alchemax Part 3". The rumble rolls downtown as the S-Man falls prey to the Vulture and the Goblin decides to add to the mayhem. The Punisher gueststars, but can even this gun toting, insane, trigger happy-go-lucky one-man-army save Spider-Man -- from himself?

• Issue 5
  Here it is, the cataclysmic conlcusion to The Fall of Alchemax. Gueststaring: Punisher and Iron Man, featuring a cameo apperance by Morbius. Watch as a severely injured Spider-Man faces off agaisnt the neurotic Flipside and Venture, the cowboy with metal chaps! The 2099 world may be forever changed pending the outcome of Stark/Fujikawa's hostile takeover. This and more surprises inside!
