To access the special EA Sports teams, press the QUIT GAME button. While the video is playing type "xplay" and press ENTER.
Cheat Menu
Start a Friendly game. Now set the left team to USA, Vancouver and the right team to International, Canada then press Alt + Ctrl + Insert. To access the cheat menu while playing, press F1.
