The Bandi are a technically unsophistocated race, but they have demonstrated an unusual genious in architechtural methods. They are among the very few known races in the galaxy who are not inpired by their knowledge of the stars to seek travel in space; They are apparently quite satisfied with the planet on which they evolved.
