When looking at all the ships in Birth of the Federation, we saw many different ways we could organize them. The first, is the obvious choice, by race. The other that we have available, though, is by quality. Using much thought, we came up with a scoring system for ships, outposts, and starbases based on every stat we could find about a ship.
