Assembly for the Big Kahuna

To assemble the big Kahuna, glue 4 inch section of ABS pipe into one end of Y connector. Onto the other end of the 4 inch section, glue on female adapter.

Next, glue 4 inch slip cap onto 6 inch long peice of 4 inch wide ABS. Now, glue assembly into the bottom of the y connector.

On remaining end of y connector, glue 4 to 2 inch reducer. Then, inside of the 4 inch to 2 inch reducer, glue a 2 to 1 1/2 inch reducer.

Next, glue 5 foot peice of 1 1/2 inch ABS into the reducer. On a normal potato gun, construction would be complete, however, the Big Kahuna is no normal potato gun.

Now, drill 1 hole on each side of the chamber (Y adapter) just large enough to fit in torch head without leakage. Use epoxy to seal the torches into the holes.

Finally, assemble sparker in usual manner.

Firing your Big Kahuna Potato Cannon

To fire your Big Kahuna, attach your MAPP gas to one torch connection, and put oxygen tank into the other.

Screw end plug into female adapter, and turn the valve on each side to release 5 seconds of oxygen, and 7 seconds of MAPP gas. REMEMBER TO SHUT VALVES COMPLETELY BEFORE FIRING, OR YOU WILL HAVE A VERY BIG PROBLEM THAT WILL END UP WITH YOU HAVING PEICES OF RED HOT MAPP AND OXYGEN TANK IN YOUR SKIN.

Flip sparker, and watch your spud disappear into the blue, up to 800 yards away.
