An unusually haphazard collection of sun-baked bricks, stones and wood of all shapes and sizes, masquerading as a shop, nestles within the cover of the pines that stand on the fringes of the path. Wind chimes of all kinds sway from the lowest branches of the trees, their songs intermingling as the breeze wends it way along the road. Sitting outside of the shop is an old man with a display of various items set up in a worn lyre case. You also see Praetorius and an item list.

Echoing the soft chimes outside, the chimes at the front door of this unique establishment also fill the air with their soft song whenever the door opens to admit another patron. A simply dressed bard lounges on a stool and plays lightly on an ocarina, testing its tune. The proprietor of the shop, Wendy, smiles in approval as she arranges a selection of her supply of musical instruments on a set of shelves.

Fine metal strings hang from a rack, alongside a shelf full of leather skins. The storeroom doubles as a workroom, with a table of partially completed flutes and pipes sitting in the corner. Drums awaiting their skins are stacked in another corner next to a barrel of water.

Dark mahoganies and teaks make up most of this section of the shop although the unmistakable scent of cedar wafts through the air too. The dark hardwoods have been lain out on deep blue crushed velvet pillows, the light glinting dully off the polished wood. One young centaur seems to have his eye on a beautifully carved salpinx, his mother is paying him little mind as she examines a teak recorder closely.

The glint of gold and silver flashes in the low light of the shop, their highly polished sheen showing in stark contrast to the deep purple displays they rest on. A young bard eyes a gleaming harmonica wrought in pure gold setting upon a raised pedestal, fingering his worn cloak of multicolored patches. Wendy keeps a close eye from the front of the shop lest his browsing is taken up a notch to pilfering.
