He is one of, if not the most mis-understood man in the industry. He does not abuse his power, he just makes sure that everyone knows who the boss is and makes sure that he is respected. Sometimes I don't agree with his choices but ofcourse, everyone can assume that he has made the right decision because he is a very intelligent man.
   At least Eric Bischoff maintains a high level of respect anoung his wrestlers, unlike his completitor Vince McMahon who allows his wrestlers to kick him in the balls, allow a fake gun put to his head and make him urinate his pants, make all the chicks in the WWF be complete whores, allow stupid gimmicks, such as "Pimpin' Ain't Easy" -The Godfather, and allaround allow his wrestlers to disrespect him, humiliate him just to make a lousy buck. Eric Bischoff has integrity, to some extent:), and an all around smart business man.
