Steps to applying your wallpaper and having the picture saved
1. Save the image on to your hard drive.
2. Open the picture on you webbrowser (Netscape, Explorer, etc...)
3. Right click on the picture and choose 'set as wallpaper'

Steps to just applying the picture to your background
1. click on the desired picture
2. repest step 3 from above
