3 Dandelions in a Garage
It was sitting by the window sill when it hit me. Hanson, the three brothers that
attempt to sing, are like dandelions despite the fact that dandelions are weeds and Hanson
are people. Now I know what your thinking, but it's true. It similarities are
unbelievable!
Take for example when your cutting your grass. There is nothing more gratifying then
watching those useless weeds go under the tracker and being spewed out into little chunks.
You think they're gone for good, right? Wrong. They're back the day after you've cut the
lawn and come back in clumps, where there use to be one, two, three, or four.
Just like Hanson, they come in a pack, instead of one you get three. Most of the
times that's a great deal but who wants more displeasure than they really need? And just
when you thought Hanson was gone, being a one hit wonder, thinking they dropped the face
of the earth, they're back singing Mmm Bop; Part Two. There is just no end to such torture.
Dandelions are found worldwide, in every country. Nobody appreciates dandelions, and
why should they? These fake flower wannabe generates their home in your lawn, uninvited,
and eventually turn into pollen. You know those white fuzzies that little kids like to
blow at and watch the fragile little sphere crumble. Kids are happy and joyous to see
these flowers but the fact is that these "flowers" are the cause of sneezing, a runny
nose, sore eyes. Yes people allergies.
Hanson is just like pollen. They are heavenly to little children, yet the cause of
severe pain to most of the older people in society. Nobody can take 10 minutes of three
little boys singing "Mmm Bop" over and over and over again.
I know you're probably sitting there, thinking to yourself that this is slightly
outrageous. But how "outrageous" is it? Dandelions have a yellow top and you can't tell
them apart. What's the difference with the Hanson brother? They're blond and they all
appear to be the same. Don't you see the remarkable pattern?
In the end, it all basically amounts to the sheer fact that dandelions and Hanson
are both equally tormenting.
