Two Nitros since Scott Levy left ECW, and he still hasn't shown up in WCW. Why is this? Well, Eric Bischoff said in his most recent Prodigy chat that although the two sides have had very amicable talks, no contract has been signed. Those of who suspecting that Bischoff's lying out his ass again, reward yourself with a cookie. Levy signed long ago, and will be earning close to $800,000 over the next three years. So why haven't they debuted him yet? I suspect that in order to get ECW's lawyers off their backs, WCW agreed to postpone Levy's debut for awhile, enabling ECW to "forget" him before he makes his return. Those of you suspecting that WCW's trying to hold this "bombshell" back, I got news for you: as far as the marks go, this won't be any kind of bombshell. Most of them (and probably WCW fans in particular) know little about ECW at all, so as far as they're considered this guy's just another new wrestler. The only way WCW could make this a bombshell would be to debut him as Johnny Polo (who would at least be familiar to WWF watchers), but that won't happen. In fact, Levy is expected to retain the Raven gimmick, all the way down to the name, in WCW. I'd expect Levy to debut by the end of the month, though, and Nitro has been getting better recently, so be sure to keep tuning in - Raven's kind of good, even though he'll probably get wasted in the NWO.
