Magic: the Gathering Tournament Decks

This deck came in second in a local Type 2 tournament with a field of 22 players.
The tournament was held July 5, 1997 (Expansions: IA-Ho-Al-Mi-Vi-We-5th), and was a 5 round Swiss-system tournament, with the top 4 finishers playing single elimination to determine the winner.
After the 5 round Swiss, the deck had a 4 win - 1 loss record, seeded either 2nd or 3rd (can't remember), with the following match scores: 2-0, 2-0, 2-1, 1-2, 2-1. In the single-elim rounds, match scores were 2-0, 0-2, for an overall games total of 11-6. The 1-2 loss was avenged 2-0 in the semifinals.
From my experience in April, I knew the deck would perform well against decks using Red and/or Black. I faced Red/White, Black, Red (Sligh), Black, and Blue/White in the Swiss rounds. In the semis, I faced the Black deck I'd lost to in round 4 and won, and lost to a Green deck in the finals.
Unfortunately, in the finals I suffered poor draws, which make it difficult to assess how well the my Rush deck really matched up to the fast big creature Green deck. The first game, I my only creature all game was a single White Knight -- I drew around 5 lands in a row. The second game was the opposite -- 1 land in my opening hand, discarded a couple of times, then couldn't recover. However, the twice-out-twice-in-the-finals showing for the White Weenee Rush shows the strength of this deck concept.
