The End of Time

I.
I was told of a magical place
Where a small stand in infinite space
Floats gently apart from anywhere else.

I hope to find the elder foretold
As the guru of time and learn all I can know
Of monsters and heroes and rainbow shells.

In that enchanted site where time is no more,
Dwells a mystical creature, the master of war.
May I learn from him to be stronger as well.

Of people I ask of this strange world
Hoping a hint would be unfurled
But nothing to my quest do they tell.

II.
This Utopia, the source of fates,
Who can sing of the power it creates
As it weaves time like a vine?

A thousandfold travelers dream of this dream,
For glory, they’ll search forever it seems.
But I know this glory will be mine.

My one wish is to be among
The world of nowhere, where I belong.
Is that so much a crime?

My real home, I dare to search
To the end of the sea, to the end of the earth,
So I may find the End of Time.
