BACKGROUND:
These relatives of Cheep-Cheeps are purple and yellow; they tend to inhabit salt
water areas. These creatures are particularly numerous around the home of the
under water pirate, Jonathan Jones, and some say they follow his orders and defend
his ship. Mr. Kippers are small and generally harmless, although they can move very quickly which makes them a bit of a threat. Generally one can avoid them by staying away from Bloobers: the two seem to like to swim in groups.

BATTLE PLAN: Attack Pattern: Mr. Kipper attacks with plain old head-butts. He's fast and will usually get to attack before Mario, Mallow or Bowser. Basic Fighting Strategies: These guys are a good first target, since they have such low HP. Stronger characters should be able to beat them with one timed hit, but it may take two (weaker characters will usually need two). Terrorize works well as far as it goes; Fire, Thunder and Geno Beam are all good. Advanced Strategies: Mallow's Thunderbolt attack should kill all Mr. Kippers on screen. It might be a good idea to have other characters concentrate on a Crusty first if one is around and then have Mallow follow up with a Thunderbolt to finish the enemies off. Block Mr. Kipper by pressing A just as he rams a character's body.
