Roman just came back and Marlena got back together with him, altought she is still inlove with John. John came back to Isabella because he wanted to het over his feelings for Marlena. Both of them are trying to burry their feelings for each other and move on. They are trying to be happy for each other but they are so hurt and jealous and it's all too painful.

Marlena: Alright, what is it?

John: I would have told you earlier but I just found out myself. It's taken me a couple of days to really sink in. Isabella's pregnant.

Marlena: Of course she is (she turns away, Jealous, scared).

John: You knew?

Marlena: The naussa, the dizziness, It's real hard not to know it.

John: Yea she thought you might be suspicious. So, what do you think? Clue me in.

Marlena: I think Isabella being pregnent is wonderful (you could hear the pain in her vioce but she doens't want to hurt him).

John: Yea. Roman finding his way out of that hell hole back to you, Eric, and Sami is wonderful. Everything is wonderful but you shouldn't forget one thing. This is crazy. I don't have any memories of my own and the ones I do have I'm supposed to forget (you can see that he is also hurting).

Marlena: No, don't forget it. Just think of this as a journey. This is the place where you stopped along the way.

John: Yea that's probably it.

Marlena: I make it sound simple, don't I?

John: Too simple. I loved you.

Marlena: I loved you. Love you. Are you excited about the baby?

John: Yea. Yea I am.

Marlena: I'm awfully happy about that.

John: Me too. And you and Roman. Roman, seems to be a lot more confrontable with it.

Marlena: Well it's a little scary. But, it's right. You understand.

John: Yea. I'm happy for you, Doc. I really am.
