Image: Average height, average build, average hair and eyes. Everything about him is average. At least on the out side. He dresses quite well, showing his position, but not enough to draw any attention.

Role-playing Hints: The background if the place to be. Residing in the background of those that believe that they have power. He does not hide from the power, instead he controls that power. Control achieved through direct subversion or subtle manipulation. Any person in power or who looks like they may some day have power is a person to befriend. Or at least make them think that you are there friend. He has no fear of fighting or direct conflict. In fact it is sought out when the time is right, and position is to be gained. There is no fear to manipulate others and put them in a situation where they will lose renown (as long as they will never amount to much) as long as he comes out looking like a hero, savior, and oracle.

History: Justinian's history is not long or lavish. In fact that is the way it is preferred. It draws no attention to him that is not sought out. He works in the government, currently as a secretary. But it is a great position to have to make further political contacts without revealing to much of your hand
