Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ NM: TTWO), today announced that In-Fisherman Bass Hunter 64 has begun manufacturing, and is expected to ship to retailers at the end of July. Bass Hunter 64 is the first game in the extremely popular hunting and fishing genre to appear on the Nintendo 64.
Bass Hunter 64 was developed by Gearhead Entertainment, a wholly owned subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. with creative input coming from the staff of In-Fisherman. In-Fisherman is considered to be the United States' leading authority on fresh water fishing, and they have been promoting the game via their magazines, syndicated radio show and television show. In-Fisherman Television airs 52 weeks a year on TNN and In-Fisherman Radio airs on 800 stations nationwide.
