MINNEAPOLIS, August 5, 1999 - The Wal-Mart FLW Tour comes to life on the computer as WizardWorks ships the Wal-Mart® FLW Tour® Professional Bass Tournament(tm) CD-ROM for the PC. WizardWorks, makers of the top-selling PC hunting games Deer Hunter(tm), Deer Hunter(tm) II and Rocky Mountain Trophy Hunter, will ship the 3D tournament bass fishing game, based on the real-life Wal-Mart FLW Tour, in August.

Features of the Wal-Mart FLW Tour Professional Bass Tournament include: * Driving: Run to a hotspot in an official sponsor Ranger® Comanche boat powered by an authentic Evinrude® FICHT 200 Hp outboard motor;

* Fish species: Fish for largemouth, spotted or smallmouth bass in tournament play, including 14 non-tournament species;

Once gamers reach their fishing hot spot, they can choose from one of many rods and reels, featuring seven pre-set rigs. They can create their own rod setup with just the right line strength, selecting from various Spiderwire(tm) Fusion, Spiderwire(tm) Super Mono, Spiderwire(tm) Braid and FLW(tm) Mono lines. Anglers can then cast hundreds of different combination of lures with varying colors, sizes, trailers and rigs. You can even pick your favorite casting method selecting from overhand, roll cast, flippin' and pitchin' casts. When nothing else is working, simply use your on-board GPS unit to select another hot fishin' spot and drive your boat to the new location.
