Ultimate debug code

This code grants you access to a multitude of menu options, including:

    • Get all stuff
    • Invincibility
    • 50 lives
    • Put villains to sleep
    • Kill Dash
    • Teleport
    • Change levels
    • Walk through walls

Activating this menu also unlocks all levels.

Here's how to invoke this difficult, and rather obscure, code:

    1. As with other cheats, use a game where the player's name is "_Wampa__Stompa" (the underscores are spaces). Remember, there is ONE space before Wampa and TWO spaces between Wampa and Stompa. Also, the W in Wampa and the S in Stompa must be capitalized.

    2. Begin playing on any level of the game, and pause the game.

    3. Hold down ALL of the following: all C Buttons, Z, L, R, and Control Pad Left (that's the digital cross-pad on the left side of the Controller).

    4. While holding all of those down, push the Analog Control Stick HALFWAY to the left, and hold it until you hear a "donk" sound (about five seconds).

    5. Repeat, but hold the Control Stick halfway to the right, waiting until you hear the "donk" sound.

    6. Repeat again to the left, again to the right, and again to the left.

    7. Pink text should appear at the top of the screen. Use L and R to change options. Some options require pushing the Control Stick Up and Down to change. Press A to activate them.

    8. To get the cheat menu back, pause the game, then hold down all the buttons used in Step 3 above and move the Control Stick Left or Right.

Note: Using these options might get you stuck in the game. Weird stuff WILL happen.

Wampa Roar

Simply enter R_Testers_ROCK as your name in a new save slot. It must be exactly as printed or it won't work. Once done, Wampas will cry out continuously in the background whenever you select a menu.

Become a Wampa

You must enter your name as _Wampa__Stompa for all these codes to work, also be on medium mode. Remember one space before wampa and two before stompa. Wampa and Stompa must be capitalized. Also, it's important to make sure your control is set to 'traditional' in the option menu.

To play as a Wampa, press left on the control pad, and the right "c" button simultaneously, then up on the control pad, then the right "c" button.

Now you can terrorize Dash to pieces -- literally!

Pilot an AT-ST

You must enter your name as _Wampa__Stompa for all these codes to work, also be on medium mode. Remember one space before wampa and two before stompa. Wampa and Stompa must be capitalized. Also, it's important to make sure your control is set to 'traditional' in the option menu.

To Play as an AT-ST in Hoth, press left on the control pad (not the analog joystick) and the right "c" button simultaneously. Then up on the control pad, then the right "c" button. You can control the AT-ST with the control pad, left and right move it left, and right, and up fires.

Play as the bad guys. Now your favorite level is even more fun

Play as a Stormtrooper

You must enter your name as _Wampa__Stompa for all these codes to work, also be on medium mode. Remember one space before wampa and two before stompa. Wampa and Stompa must be capitalized. Also, it's important to make sure your control is set to 'traditional' in the option menu.

To play as a stormtrooper, make sure that the control mode is traditional press right on the control pad and the right "c" button simultaneuosly, then up on the control pad, the the right "c" button.

Now you can be one of the hopeless, homogenized evil-doing baddies...if you want

Best of Times

After viewing the credits (by either beating the game or using _Credits), a list of best times show up on the screen. Can you beat these times? Battle of Hoth: 3:06
    Escape from Echo Base: 4:15
    The Asteroid Field: 3:44
    Ord Mantell Hunkyard: 8:50
    Gall Spaceport: 11:43
    Mos Eisley: 3:21
    Imperial Freighter Suprosa: 4:06
    Sewers of Imperial City: 5:37
    Xizor's Palace: 6:32
    Skyhook Battle: 7:51

These are some pretty ferocious level times. Can you beat them?

Secret Staff Photo

First, do the ending code (_Credits). Let the credits cycle back to the beginning. Press start, this will take you back to the title screen. Press up/right on the analog stick. You will see a picture of the SOTE crew, with a surprise guest!

Can you pick out the one guy who made it all possible?

Dash Can Fly

In Echo Base, go to the first elevator at the end of stage 1. Open the door. Stand in the doorway and jump. Dash will float!

Make sure not to jump into the elevator or the trick won't work

Echo Base Jump

First, beat the Echo Base AT-ST, without getting invincibility (on easy). Next, get the challenge point behind the four boxes. Go back and get the shields. Go back to behind the four boxes. Jump down the cliff and keep firing your laser at the ground. You will land safely.

Strange as may seem, this odd code works

Outrider Angles

At the title screen, press Z, R, L, and start. When you select your name, it shows the Outrider at different engles.

The permanent long jump can only be found here, on SOTE

Fly a Tie Fighter

After completing the Medium setting with all the challenge points, the code listed says that you can fly the Skyhook battle as an X-Wing. This is true, but there's more. As the X-Wing, hold the C down button for another five seconds, and you can fight as a TIE. Each successive C down cycles through the Outrider-X-Wing-TIE series.

The question is, can you destroy the Skyhook battlestation in a TIE fighter? Hmmm....

Challenge Point Rewards

1.Collect all the challenge points on the Easy setting and, during the game, hold down the camera button for five seconds and you will get the Leebo Scanner.

2.Collect all the challenge points on the Medium setting and during the SkyHook Battle stage hold down the camera button for five seconds and you can fly as an X-WING.

3.Collect all challenge points on Hard setting and in the game you get invincibility for 30 seconds and start with all weapons.

4.Collect all challenge points on Jedi setting and the Wampas in the "Escape from Echo Base" stage will follow you and attack your enemies.

By getting all of the Challenge points the game rewards you with cool bonuses

Sam and Max Challenge Point

This is a nifty challenge point. After exiting Mos Eisley, hook a tight left-hand turn. If done correctly, you'll enter into a little stone room and you'll see the floating silver, and ever so slightly demonic, head of Max, from LucasArt's classic The Adventures of Sam and Max.

Players, once leaving Mos Eisley behind must actually make a full 180 degree left turn to find this Challenge Point

Zombie Dash

After beating the game on HARD or JEDI levels, you are offered the ability to possess full weapons and short-lived invincibility. On "Escape form Echo Base," if you reach your ship and take out the enemies inside with a disruptor blast, you will die.

However, the game seems to look over this fact. Leebo will still tell you to come to the cockpit and for a moment you can move around Dash's dead body. After a couple of seconds, he will get up and start walking around even though he has 0 health.

Mr. Wise referred to this as a Zombie Dash, but we refer to it as the...monster mash (ouch)

Zany Credits

Clear off an entry in the beginning of the game, at the name select menu. Enter your name at _Credits. Make sure the C is capital and the space before the C is occupied by the space entity.

Now go back and play any level. You'll see credits like these, and the list of names of the people in quality control, among others.

There are at least three minutes of this crazy behavior, and it gets quite good
