Nintendo has come out with a new pokemon game called Pokemon Yellow!Designed specifically for Pikachu lovers, Pokemon Yellow Version: Special Pikachu Edition will follow Pinball as the next Pokemon release for Game Boy Color. The gameplay will basically be the same as the Red and Blue versions of Pokémon, but the Yellow edition will be stacked with special features! You'll be able to choose Pikachu as your first Pokémon, and you'll actually be able to see Pikachu follow your character on the screen as you travel on your quest to be the world's greatest Pokémon Trainer. You can look at Pikachu at any time and watch funny animations as it hangs out, and even listen to the sounds Pikachu makes! Pokemon Yellow is scheduled to be in stores on October 16, 1999. Here's what it will look like:
The other two new games are Pokemon Gold and Pokemon Silver. In Pokemon Gold and Silver there will be 250 pokemon! Some pokemon that you thought were in their last stage may not in this game! You can choose if you want to be a girl or boy(Ash, and...not Misty because she is a gym leader). There will be day and night so some pokemon will sleep. You may have to have a night team and day team! You can trade pokemon from Red and Blue to Gold and Silver, but you can't trade pokemon from Gold and Silver to Red and Blue. You can train both male and female in the Gold and Silver! I don't think you will need to collect both genders to become a master. I heard you can bread pokemon to get a poké eeg! This means that you can mix pokemon to make new ones! But with so many I'm not sure if you can do that. Instead of a bike, you ride a skateboard!
This game, in my opinion was not as good as everyone said it would be. It was totally easy! I beat the game in about 5 hours! The plus side to this game is it's very addicting. After I beat it I went back and tried to take even better pics than before. My advice to you who is reading this is to at least rent the game before you consider buying it, or instead of that, play the game at blockbuster. Then you can get a feel of how easy it is. That's only my opinion though. I have lots of friends that say the game is the greatest game on earth! So go on and try it for yourself! The game is about you in a "ZERO ONE" machine that Prof. Oak built, and you take pics of pokemon and Prof. Oak grades them on how close you were, the pose of the pokemon, if it was looking at you, etc.. That's about it.
