Question:What did you mean when you said "Final PBR"?

Answer:When go check the player you are fighting if the player has power:5- its like a fatality on MK to finish him off.To do this move type:43-Final PBR but your only using this move when your enemy has power:5- then use the move.But if you use when your enemy has over 5- you automatically lose and are out of PBR.
