But they command the very winds as spoken. The breath weapon is more like a yell and the violent East wind begins to blow and the dragon glows a firey red. The dragon has two effects that can only be used outdoors. (1.) Upon uttering the comand word, the dragon calls forth the East wind into an area no bigger than 100ftx100ft. All within this area have a 3 in 4 chance each round to be struck by flying debris. The debris does 1d6 points of damage. Missle weapons cannot be used in this area, and all melee attacks are made with a -4 penalty because the wind is too strong. This effect lasts for 2d4+1 rounds and uses up 4 charges. (2.) Upon uttering the command word, the dragon calls forth the East wind to blow in a cone 75ft long and 45 ft wide at the end. All within this area are pushed back 4d12 ft. There is no saving throw. Creatures of size class Huge and above are not affected. If creature(s) are pushed into a solid object, they may take damage at the DM's discretion. This effec t costs 3 charges. This wand cannot be recharged. |
