mmenates a cool green light. The dragon has two effects which can only b
e used outdoors.

(1.) The dragon calls forth the west wind to carry the user upon its sho
ulders. This is the equivelent to the spell levitate. The caster moves u
p or down at 15ft per round and one charge for every 30ft moved.

(2.) The dragon calls forth a cone of calmness 100 ft long and 35 ft wid
e at the end. All with in this cone must make a saving throw vs. spell o
r lose all agrression and become peaceful. The effect lasts for 1d4+4 ro
unds unless a successful save was made, which would cause the effect to
last 1d4 rounds. Any violent acts against the affected creature(s) cause
s the calmness to end.
