Otaku Of:Mizuno Ami/Sailor Mercury

Faction:Amichanians

Physical Description:About 5'3", somewhere around/slightly above 100 lbs, 
	with a small, light build and rather pale complexion. NeoAmi-chan 
	has waist-length blue hair and dark blue eyes similar to her idol. 
	Usually wears a Juuban high school fuku despite the fact she's never 
	been seen in school. Seeing as it is impossible to run, fight, or 
	maim in high heels, NAC does battle in a pair of rather worn white
	Reeboks. 

Powers: Nothing especially notable. She can transform into Sailor NeoMercury 
	with a nigh-emotionless, high-pitched cry of 'Neo Mercury Power...MAKE UP!", 
	but does this rather sparingly. She also doesn't seem to use any special 
	attacks that often because they're so physically draining. 

Equipment:The Super Deformed Mercury Decaled Spatula (SMDMS), given to her as 
	a gift by Ucchan long ago. Your basic run-of-the-mill spatula except 
	for the kawaii Sailor Mercury sticker on the handle. Quite effective 
	for clubbing people into submission. --NAC also carries a really mini 
	computer around with her, but at the moment its batteries are running 
	low. Thusly all it provides is endless hours of minesweeper and solitaire!

Weakness: Cats. NeoAmi-chan likes cats. A lot. She would possibly risk her safety 
	and the safety of others for a cute kitten in danger. Sad, really. Also 
	dislikes being in large crowds; she has a habit of thinking that everyone 
	else is watching and/or criticizing her. o_O

Personality Quirks:NeoAmi is by no means shy; but she has a tendency to be polite 
	with everyone, no matter who they are. She is reasonably intelligent 
	(though lacking in confidence), but not a genius. Like any Otaku Warrior, 
	she does have a bit of a silly streak. Fiercely loyal to those she calls
	allies, and disturbingly so to Mizuno Ami.

OW! History:Just sort of walked into the Great Otaku Desert, met Ucchan, joined 
	the Newbiechanians, and acted like a complete moron. Ridiculous newbie 
	adventures ensued. Eventually she was picked up by Ryu (whom she later 
	married) and Rabbi Tucker, and since then has been reasonably calm. Any 
	other background information on this character is unknown...for now, 
	anyway. ^_^;; 

Goals:1. To spread the name and wisdom of Mizuno Ami wherever possible. 2. To raise 
	Meenie as a decent Amichanian in the absence of her parents (assuming the 
	Chibi Seishi ordeal goes well). 3. To annoy the crap out of Nyakun.

Notable Allies:Ryu, first and foremost, her husband who has this tendency to die 
	every so often. When not with him she's overly emotional and prone to 
	Usagi-esque crying spells. ^_^; 
	--Meenie, although currently away with the Chibi Seishi. Despite the fact 
	that she rather dislikes NeoAmi, she's still thought of as an adopted 
	daughter. 
	--Ucchan, a Reichanian who was NAC's first friend in the Wars!. Her author 
	seems to have disappeared, but for some reason the character sticks around. 

Notable Enemies:Nyakun/Nyagchilios. Not only is his name frustrating, but he keeps 
	calling her Obocchan! How rude. Dirty author tricks were pulled, names were 
	called, and now reconciliation is rather unlikely. They seem to tease/bother/annoy 
	each other more than come down to actual physical violence (though it does 
	happen ^_-;). Otherwise, NAC does not go out of her way to make enemies. 
	It should be noted, however, that she despises Chiba Mamoru.
