	(Sailor AVA for short), and Mean Lady when she becomes...
	well, the Mean Lady

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: [As Meenie] About 3'9" with pink eyes and
	hair. Dressed in a white sailor suit with pink collar and 
	skirt. Her front and rear bows are light purple, and in 
	the center of her front bow is a pink heart. Her Hair is 
	done up in the same style as Sailor Chibi-Warthog, her 
	future mother.
	[As Mean Lady] Black Lady / Wicked Lady with pink eyes and
	a sleek purple dress.

POWERS: [As Meenie] An annoying voice that can reduce most otaku
	to a state of painful writhing and spasming.
	[As Mean Lady] The ability to be mean.

WEAKNESSES: She can be tempted easily with candy.

PERSONALITY QUIRKS: She's cute as cute can be. Sugar and spice and
	everything else that make you go into a diabetic coma. She
	is a Reenie template, and this spells doom for NeoAmi-chan
	and Ryu, her adopted parents.

HISTORY: After Ryu had a run-in with Tuxedo Man, putting Reiko and
	Seima, the Chibi Pair, back together. A portal from the
	future opened in the sky, and she fell out. Ryu got conned 
	into adopting her as his sidekick. Since that time, she
	spent a short time as a cat. Now, she has been identified
	as a Chibi Seishi.

	Ryu and NeoAmi-chan - Her adopted parents.
	Rabbi Tucker - Hey, he's family.
	Chibi-Youma and the Chibi no Miko crew - They recruited
		her and Chibi-Youma's always been nice to her.

OTHER NOTES: In the presence of Reiko and Seima, she becomes Mean
	Lady.
