What the Love Calculator has to say...

You know, this whole thing has spiraled out of control. After the first flood of mail telling me who should go out with who, I should've just trashed the whole thing instead of asking for more comments. Of course, the fact that I got mail was a good sign that people were hitting my page. So, being the masochistic man I am, I have decided to mix in YET ANOTHER element into these wacky debates... the Love Calculator!

The Love Calculator is a neat little program that can be obtained at http://www.lovecalculator.com which uses mathematical equations to determine the percentage chance of a successful romantic relationship between two people. It is based on numerology, so if you buy into that stuff, you can use it for real life. I suggest, however, using it only for entertainment purposes only.

For purposes of testing, I will be using original names only. Why? In the original versions of both anime, everyone has a full name. That's why. With all this aside, let's get down to some lovin'!

SAMURAI TROOPERS

Ryo Sanata

Best matches: Well, this was a surprise. Minako and Setsuna, of all people?! Tied for third were Haruka and Rei. I think Rei wins that little contest, as Haruka would probably be a bit more interested in Michiru than Ryo.

Seiji Date

Best matches: No big surprises here. Everyone says Minako, anyway.

Shin Moori

Best matches: Ami was pretty much expected. She tied with Michiru, but Michiru has interests elsewhere. Usagi was a bit of a shock, though. I didn't expect that.

Xiuli Fan

Best matches (using "Xiuli"): Best matches (using "Shuu Rei"): This did not go at all as expected. Our friend Kento didn't score well with much of anybody, especially Makoto. It appears that Sailors Venus and Pluto are his best bets, unless he can set aside the unusual facts about Sailor Starhealer, who spends most of her time as a he rather than a she.

Touma Hashiba

Best matches: What?! After everyone's insistance, I'm flabbergasted that Ami scored a measley 63%! Setsuna, as always, was a bit of a surprise.

Nasuti Yagyu

Best matches: The arcade manager was the ONLY match worth mentioning. Everyone else was a fizzle. Looks like she'll be staying single for a while.

Jun Yamada

Best matches: Mako-chan?! Bizzare stuff, man! For the record, Chibi-Usa scored 1%.

Shouten Doji

Best matches: Everybody's favorite Warlord-turned-monk got his highest score with Sailor Jupiter. What's this business with the little pink thing, though? That's sick!

Arago

Best matches: Minako and Setsuna?! What the heck is going on here? He's evil! He's REAL EVIL! He's the Emperor of the Netherrealm, for crying out loud!

SAILOR SENSHI

Usagi Tsukino

Best matches: Usagi doesn't seem to be popular with the Troopers as much as she is with just about every other male in her little corner of Juuban. Shin was the best match there.

Ami Mizuno

Best matches: There you go. The debate as to which blue Trooper Sailor Mercury winds up with is settled, accoriding to the Love Calculator (which I wouldn't trust to add two plus two, personally). It's Shin.

Rei Hino

Best matches: Arago? What's up with that?!

Makoto Kino

Best matches: The "Anubis" in question is the one called Kale here in the States. Makoto matches up better with the Warlord of Corruption, the kid, and the Warlords of Venom, Illusion, and Cruelty than with any of the Samurai Troopers! I guess she likes those dangerous types.

Minako Aino

Best matches: She's pretty compatable with most of the characters, never dipping further than the high 50's in her percentages.

Haruka Tenoh

Best matches: For some reason or another, she scores just like Rei. Anyway, there weren't any extra matches coming from her... increased number of options.

Michiru Kaiou

Best matches: Not many matches, even with Michiru's... increased options.

Tomoe Hotaru

Best matches: An interesting mix here.

Setsuna Meiou

Best matches: She's not that compatable with many, but with thos few, she is very compatable.

Mamoru Chiba

Best matches: The pickings are pretty slim here, folks.

Yaten Kou / Sailor Starhealer

Best matches (as "Yaten Kou"): Not much.
Best matches (as "Sailor Starhealer"): This is where things get interesting. The Sailor Starlights are boys who transform into girls. As a girl, it seems that Starhealer could very well have his/her/its way with any of the Warlords.

Seiya Kou / Sailor Starfighter

Best matches: Did I mention that there aren't many women to choose from?
Best matches: It seems that Sailor Starfighter would have a decent chance with these three Troopers.

Taiki Kou / Sailor Starmaker

Best matches (as "Taiki Kou"):
Best matches (as "Sailor Starmaker"): Looks loke Sailor Starmaker and Sailor Starfighter would be in competition for the Same Troopers.

Well, that's it. The opinions of the Love Calculator may not coincide with yours, but oh well. I wouldn't take this stuff seriously, myself. As always, your questions, comments, flames, or praise are welcome.
