T.K and Patamon are still on the bed. Ahead is a waterfall. T.K becomes scared and then the bed falls into the water! Luckily, Patamon is able to catch him and sets him gently to the ground. The little kid looks at the huge waterfall. "Somebody must have pulled the plung!" T.K. exclaims. T.K. becomes sad and misses his brother and friends.. He starts crying. Patamon thinks of why he can't digivolve. He thinks that if he could digivolve, he could help T.K. get off the island like Birdramon. In his frustration, Patamon starts crying. T.K. stops crying and looks at Patamon. Patamon cries, "I want to digivolve!" T.K. understands and suggests what Patamon might digivolve to. Both are so ridiculous that Patamon gets angry. "I'm not a pig!"
Suddenly, T.K. and Patamon hear a train whistle. They run into a desert and stop at a railway track. A whoosh of wind blows against them, but no train appeared! T.K. becomes discouraged and he and Patamon search around.
They keep on walking to find the others but they found a place like a baby nurturing baby place. Soon, the youngsters arrive at Primary Village. It is the most exciting thing to T.K. and he and Patamon jump up and down on the marshmellow-soft blocks. Waaa! A cry was heard. T.K. and Patamon look around and find the source of the cry. A Botamon! The small black Digimon stared at them, shivering. A Punimon cries out, "Puni! Puni! Puni!" The two see a couple of dozen of babies. They find little baby digimon,(who are like the before forms of koromon and so on.)and they try to help them from crying.
One egg had a curious sign on it. Rub. That's all it said. T.K., consumed with curiousity, begins to rub the egg. In seconds, a Poyomon hatches. "Poyo! Poyo!" It cries. T.K. and Patamon wonder where another bed is and then :poof!: an instant bed appears. T.K. tells Patamon that a long time ago, he fell down and started crying. Matt comes over to comfort him.
Meanwhile, "Super Thunderstroy!!!!" A beam of electricity shoots into the stream and kills thousands of fish. A small four-legged red and blue striped Digimon ,(who is about the size of Patamon ) with a white belly appears. It is Elecmon. The electric-powered Digimon is gathering food for the babies.
He hears a cry. "My babies are crying? I'm coming!" Elecmon then runs back to Primary Village. When he gets there, he sees T.K. and Patamon trying to calm them down. He is the guardian of the little babies and he thinks T.K and Patamon are intruders. Being too protective, Elecmon becomes angry.
"Super Thunderstroy!!!!" The electric Digimon sends out a powerful beam of electricity at T.K.! Patamon knocks him to the ground and the Super Thunderstroy destroys a huge block behind them. T.K. looks at Elecmon, a bit shaky from the attack.
"You could hurt somebody with that!" T.K. tries to explain. Elecmon glares at them, telling them to leave. Patamon becomes very angry. The two Digimon begin to fight. Patamon is electricuted, but fights back with "Boom-Bubble!" Elecmon dodges it and the two Digimon roll across the floor. Patamon seems to be digivolving. T.K. could stand this no longer. "Stop!!!!!" he cries.
Patamon and Elecmon stop instantly. T.K. must have yelled louder than usual because they were all staring at him. Surprised. "Stop fighting." T.K. says, calmer now.
Patamon calms down a baby Digimon. "Don't talk to them, you hear?" Elecmon growls. Patamon shoots back, "You're acting very immature." Elecmon becomes angry and the two rookie Digimon glare at each other. Patamon asks T.K. if he could teach Elecmon a lesson. "You are the one who's gonna learn a lesson!" The electric monsters says. T.K. looks at them. He says that they should have a tug-of-war test. Through a tough struggle, Patamon wins and throws Elecmon into a soft block, feathers shoot out. T.K. is worried, but Elecmon is okay and congratulates Patamon. He says that he was worried about the island splitting up and that he was expecting a fight. "I guess I took that out on you, Patamon. You're a lot stronger than you look." Patamon blushes and thanks him. Elecmon suggests that Patamon become the new care-taker. But he doesn't accept. Elecmon then decides to let the two stay. T.K. asks about Infinity Mountain. Elecmon shivers and asked, "You want to climb up there?" Elecmon tries to explain to him about Devimon, but T.K. says he needs to ask Devimon where his friends were. Elecmon says that he needs to fight him first. T.K. objects, then suggests laughter. The red Digimon agrees and goes to the Yocomon Village. T.K. looks out into the sea.
Meanwhile, Tai, Matt, and the others are all going to Infinity Mountain, too. Devimon is angry about everyone of the kids coming back. He orders Leomon to get T.K. He says that soon, a battle will start. Meanwhile, T.K. notices something about Botamon. Botamon digivolves to Koromon! T.K. and the other Digimon congratulates him. Patamon says that he wants to stay the way he is. That he and T.K. will always be friends. T.K. and Patamon clap and laugh. Leomon glares down at them. Ready to attack.
