TPC Free International Fax sending service
The TPC service is a collection of FAX servers you may use to send a fax by e-mail to many locations around the world. Now, only Beijing, Chen Du, Jiang Men, and Shenzhen are available in China. It doesn't require any equipment or software. To send a fax, just put in your message, e-mail address and fax number, then send it.
You can send it in Japanese, or in Chinese, both GB and Big5.
