I've worked for Jade about 2 years. It's a core group of about 6 translators : Japanese to English and English to Japanese. If the work expands, the group expands to 20 or more affiliated translators, so any size job is ok. Another affiliated groups does direct interpretation. They are registered with the Japanese government and routinely work for prefectural governors, Olympic representatives, and so on, in Japan and internationally.
