Summary of TV #1

"Shinning Blade of Light" * "Hikari no yaiba kagaya"

This Episode starts out with Swordbreaker flying in space.   Kanal and Kane are flying
over in a smaller ship to a planet that looks more like a revolving metal ball.   Maybe, it is more of a space ship.    There is an auction being held with many rich people attending.
Illegal jewelry, art and weapons on sale that had been stolen from other people.
Milly is dressed up in a dancing-girl dress that has a little yellow bird-tail with black hose. She is taking pictures of the illegal sales whiel at the same time talking about being the universe best in well...everything from detective work that she is currently doign to just being the greatest.   Kane falls down an air duct after shouting at Milly to get out of the way.
When he plops to the floor, he is surprised at seeing a girl in a dancing-outifit. (They have never met before)   An air duct falls on his head and almost drops on floor.   Milly catches it before it makes a loud noise and alerts the security.
Kane and Kanal ague while Milly thinks he looks funny and begins to laugh at his "mantle" -- which looks like a black coat.   he notices her laughing and starts to get angry.   He retorts that she can't be a dancer because of her looks.    Kanal reminds Kane of his job by pulling his ear and telling him to stop messing around.   Security is alerted by their screamings and complaints.   Milly grabs onto his mantle by accident, Kane complains and she quickly apologizes yet stops mid-sentence realizing that she's apologizing to Kane!
The security comes and inquires on why they were here.   Kanal, earlier, had made a little dancing-outfit for herself and said the excuse of getting lost with Milly and her manager, Kane.   They mistaken Kane for a lady and start degrading his much loved mantle.   kane gets really annoyed and blows up, showing himself.   Kane freaks out about his mantle being tacky to them and attacks.    After kicking them around, he says that he's a man.   Kanal tells him, a "boy", to take care of everything now, seeing how they have alerted the security and are going to get chased after.   Milly and Kane with Kanal escape on a mobile car.
At the auction, Dahless notices that they are intruders. He tells his subordinant, Zennan, to go stop them.
Milly screams, Kane's driving is bad and they are being chased by shooting masses.
Milly and Kane had fallen into a metal-scrape box.   Kanal stole Milly's ID card and says that he knows her name, which annoys her greatly... especially, when he tries to read out her weight.   They suddenly get shot at by flying vehicles.    Milly shoots at the planes and comments on how she is the greatest shot in the universe.    Kanal and Kane are awed.
Milly mistakenly belives them to be police.   Kanal disappears because her frequency doesn't reach very far, leaving a disgruntle and complaining Kane.

[Commercial break: Lost unvisse pops up with kanal in bottom right corner]

Kane and Milly drop off somewhere in a small box-like green room and Milly mummbles about her greatest detective in the universe dillema.   She asks Kane who he is and who Kanal is and then suddenly takes out gun and hits the camera that's watching them.   Milly tries to pull ovep the door yet kane easily kicks it open. Milly tells him to go away, she will take care of herself. She climbs through a small tunnel while he takes his little grafling hook and shoots up -- an easier way.
Kanal sets Swordbreaker into motion.
Milly slides down the tunnel but Zennan smacks her on the shoulder.   She becomes unconscious.
Kane cracks through the computer yet doesn't work... a very cute SD-Kanal can be seem giving him directions and making cute little comments like "invalid command", etc.
On the computer, a picture of Milly hanging is shown.   She's tied up and to be auctioned if Kane does not stop his attack.
Then he thanks milly, saying that she did it.   Dahless is seen drinking from cup with a picture of a cat that looks a lot liek Sailor Moon's Luna.
Kanal is on the ship and lifts off.
Milly's price is VERY low at the auction. like...10 dollars?   She's annoyed and insulted.
The ship, Swordbreaker, with Kanal lands in the middle of the dock.   The ship gets shot at but Kanal merely complains, saying that they are dirtying her ship.   Kanal opens her missiles.   uh-oh.
Kanal tells Kane to hurry up and finish up the job, she is flying aorund basically righ tbehind him.
Milly cries for someone to help her, Kane comes and asks her how much she went for at the auction.   Milly does not answer (of course!)
A large large robot suit with zennan in it comes towards them.    Danglass tells Zennan to stop immediately, but gets demolished.
Kane and Milly fall through a level and they are stull being blasted by the suit with Zennan piloting.   Kane takes out his special sword.   The guy is toast.   Milly gives us a small explanation of th epsy-blade only being used to people will very much will-power... and then, like Lina, she asks why him, such an idiot, could have one.
Police arrives.
Rail says that kane doesn't need to be questioned because he's only a trouble contractor who will do anything for money.   Milly is locked up in a jail cell and a little recorder is in front of her and she's talking about her problems, horrors, etc.
A little girl with pink hair thanks Kane/Kanal for getting her teacups back which were her grandmother's.   She is talking to them through a computer screen and they are inside Swordbreaker now.
Kane only took 999,999 credits instead of a lot more that he was supposed to take.   Kanal gets really mad at him when the intercom turns off and they are by themselves.   She threatens him with toning down the mantle cleaning, turning off the facillities and then cutting off the life support since money is very important and he didn't get all th emoney that they were entitled to get.
