How to look YOUNGER ?!

Note: Most facts to me are true.  It's just what you think about them.



Don't smoke!  People smoke because they want to look older, and they'll have wrinkles by the time they are 30-up.

Don't take drugs!  Healthy people look more beautiful than those ones who aren't healthy.

Don't have so much expression on your face or you'll have wrinkles!  Don't exaggerate!

You have to exercise to be healthy!

Eat more vegetables and fruits!

Have a better diet.

Wear cosmetics to make you look prettier (girls)

Dye your hair in black if you have white hair (Asian people only).

Dye or highlight your hair with trendy colors!

Be up-to-date in FASHON!!!  Don't be so "loe toe" (Chinese) like me ^_^......

Act like the young ones!

Protect your skin like wear sun-block lotion, get rid of the pimples, beware of freckles, etc.

Be healthy always!!! ^.^

If you do not get more than 9 hours of sleep a day, you'll get older quicker.  The best time to sleep is before 12 o'clock AM and wake up no earlier than 7 o'clock AM.  (this is TRUE! It's not made up!!)
