6-17-99 I added a section about attacks in the combat section and I added a section on Special Attacks with fireballs. Read this and know this! It is important.

6-8-99 I finalized the Kaioken. There is now a limit, a character can only use 2x his level of the Kaioken. So a level 2 character can only use Kaioken X4.

6-6-99 I changed up Vegeta's character a little bit making him stronger. I also modified the Saiyan's special category. They now receive +1 HTH damage per 20 ki, not +1 STR. Okay thats it. I modified the Kaioken today too. Made things a little clearer.
