Arashino Kumo, also known as Sailor Cloud, leader of the Andromeda Senshi. She's the down-to-business type, with a good sense of humor yet very serious. She's good at controlling her temper, which is a good thing since Ame can easily get on her nerves. The only way to know how she's feeling is that the weather changes with her mood. Y'know, if she's upset or frustrated, it's pretty cloudy and she can even conjure thunder and lightning. It's a good idea to try and keep this girl happy. Kumo's sixteen years old and attends Haruka, Michiru, Mamoru and Motoki's college class, with the evil professor >.< She's also pretty stubborn and a lot like Haruka(though Ruka-sama would never admit it ;P). She has very strong powers from being a senshi, even though they're greatly weakened because she lost her galaxy bead. Her power helped heal Haruka's wounds after a fight, and also extracted Haruka's galaxy bead from her body. However, the use of this power often drains her energy.

Sailor Cloud travelled to Earth with Kaze and Sailor Rain in hopes of finding their lost King and Queen. And they found them, all right... King Sora stuck in Haruka's body and Queen Insei stuck in Seiya's. Now their job is to protect them, at all costs. This isn't the easiest task though, because Kumo is trying to protect everyone, including her King and Queen, against her best friends who have been turned evil. And worse yet, Kumo lost her galaxy bead, so using her powers make her incredibly tired...

"You are pretty... grace and elegance... ummm... could use improvement."
"Baka, you're so stubborn."
"That's my job, Haruka-sama!"
"And I'm protecting you... so you don't have to worry about that."
