REAL FACTS ABOUT KING TUT:
*King
TUT (tut-ankh-amun) king of Egypt died in the age of 18, 3300 years ago.
his tomb was discovered in october 1922 by Howard Carter and Lord Carnarvon
(who died in april 1923 in a hospital in Cairo by a weird disease in his
lungs claimed to be by a bite of a mosquito, at the moment of his death
all the lights went out in Cairo and his favorite hunting dog died at his
English estate) this tomb was the only one that have been found completely
unstolen and it was safe from robberies though it contains thousands of
golden items.
*The
tomb was called also the tomb of yellow canary cause Carter bought
a yellow canary for good luck and the tomb were found 48 hours later when
the bird entered to a hole that led to the entrance, that canary was eaten
by a cobra on the evening of the discovery of the tomb.
*At
least 10 others associated with the excavation of the tomb died within
a year, all of rather mysterious causes.
*American
archeologists Arthur Mace and George Jay Gould both died within 24 hours
of entering the tomb.
*The
Titanic reportedly was carrying a stolen mummy in its cargo hold when it
sank
