Yukie was borned on 8th May,1967 in Osaka, Japan. She started learning piano at the age of four. At the time when she was still in primary school, she'd already join JOC (Junior Original Concert) of YMF (Yamaha Music Foundation).

So she started her life of music performance during her time in JOC. She'd followed JOC to many tour performances like Europe,America, Southeast Asia, etc and at the same time she was being noticed by many people for her talent.

Later in 1986, Yukie has released her Debut album "Anglieque". From now on, her music is greatly accepted and appreciated by many fanatics. Also she has performances with NHK Symphony Orchestra and many major orchestra in Japan.

After finishing high school, she entered university and majored in piano performance. In 1991, she graduated from university and started releasing her productions under the label of Pony Canyon belonged to Golden Pony Records.

She is now a composers for the musics of many TV series and advertisment. Also she has composed songs for many singers , not only for Japan, but also Hong Kong and other countries. Eason Chan's "A heart-breaking letter" is one of her productions.

Apart from composing, she is also the host of a TV programme "Sunday Piano's Atmosphere" and many other programmes. Every year she has many tour performances in many countries. If you have that chance, you can go and have a listen to her music. It's enjoyable.
