There is only one rule. You must not have any "Stop the Image Theives" logos or links.

Why should you join this WebRing?! Well if you want to promote the free exchange of web graphics then you should join, especially if you offer free graphics. One other reason, with the number of hits the "Free Sailor Moon Graphics Society" has been receiving its an excellent way to promote your page!!

DO NOT submit inclomplete or phony sites to the ring queue. Please don't waste your time and mine, I'll just delete them. Also "best ever" is not a description for a site. The other members might want to know more before they visit.

In order for the ring to look right you MUST upload the ring images below to your own web server where your index/main page is located.

Once you've submitted your site and added the ring all you need to do is email me or one of the other ring members.
