A duel between...

Akane      		Usagi

Minako: Konnichiwa minna-san! Welcome to the August Anime Battlegrounds! Aino Minako here reporting from the usual Anything-Goes Otaku Dojo Arena with Mizuno Ami!
Ami: Hello! [waves]
Minako: For August, there is an obvious shift in the match here.
Ami: [nods] Instead of the usual 'power-up matches' that went on for the last three months, a new set-up was created for this month's battle.
Minako: The competitors, by the way are...Usagi Tsukino and Akane Tendo!
Ami: In the first ever cooking contest match! Who makes the better dish?
Minako: The taste testers will be Ranma Saotome and Mamoru Chiba, we're here with them now for an exclusive interview! Ranma, you'll be the one to taste Akane's cooking, right? How do you feel?
Ranma: [sarcastic] I'm going to be sick.
Ami: Mamoru-san, how do you feel?
Mamoru: [looks at Ami, blinks, looks dumbfounded]
Ami: umm...I guess that's--
Minako: Ami, we have to get out of here, the battle's about to start.
Ami: Oh, I see so--
[Minako grabs Ami and drags her back to the commentator booth]
Ami: [giggles nervously as she straightens herself up] You're being rather overly excited about this, aren't you?
Minako: And so the gluttonous Usagi Tsukino and the macho Akane Tendo enter the arena!
Ami: ahehehehe...Hai...
Minako: The aim here, [looks at a piece of paper] is to make a salad in the shortest time possible. But, the food HAS to taste good!
Ami: 2 seconds to the start...2....1...and there they go!
Minako: Wow! Look at them go!
Ami: They're working as fast as possible, but that doesn't count, will their food taste good?
Minako: Akane Tendo finishes first! She shoves the spoonfull of chop suy in Ranma's mouth!
Ami: Silence...the audience waits for a reaction...
[Ranma's face turns green, then red, then he faints to the ground]
Minako: Owwww!! A painful defeat! Ami: Usagi hurries over to Mamoru and feeds him her salad! He tastes it...he grins! He...[surprised] likes it?
Minako: Well whaddaya know, Usagi Tsukino wins the match against Akane Tendo!
Ami: Akane's currently bickering with Ranma who has miraculously recovered. And thus this match ends-
Minako: Till next month! Will it be the same cooking fight? The Power Up? Or a new match that will be even zanier and crazier then before?
Ami: Tune in next month, minna-san! For now,
Minako and Ami: Ja ne!
[suddenly, the sound of someone being punched VERY hard is heard and Ranma's sent flying over the clouds]
