Now on to the battle...with commentators, Youko-chan and Denise Minamino!


FYI: Denise Minamino is the character from my fanfic, Pink Rose Trilogy. Youko-chan is a Denise's little sister, as created in a totally different setting by a friend of mine. You don't really have to know that much about them to understand the battle...they're just..well, commentators here! ^^x

Youko-chan: Okonomiyaki! Okonomiyaki! [bounces in her seat]
Denise: Helloo!! Welcome to the Anime Battleground combat for the month of June!
Youko-chan: Hai! Hai! [nods] Sponsored in part by Ukyou's Okonomiyaki!! Does Ukyou-san make the best okonomiyaki or what?? [giggles]
Denise: Youko, we aren't here to advertise...[sweatdrop]
Youko-chan: Okonomiyaki! Okonomiyaki!
Denise: [sigh] anyway...me and Youko-chan are bringing this combat live from the Anything-Goes Otaku Dojo's arena! And the competitors for the month are...
Youko-chan: OKONOMIYAKI!
Denise: Youko-chan! [whaps her on the head] The competitors are P-chan of Ranma 1/2 and Buurin of Tonde Buurin!
Youko-chan: Okonomiyaki! I wan ma okonomiyaki!! [bounce bounce]
Denise: Youko-chan get a hold of yourself or I'll use my rose whip!
Youko-chan: I wan ma okonomiyaki!!!
Denise: [grumbles under her breath, then perks up] They have entered! Buurin enters, along with P-chan scurrying in from the other side!
Youko-chan: Yah! Yah!! [bounce bounce; under her breath] It's a miracle he even managed to find the arena...ne, 'nee-san?
Denise: [whispering back] Shush, youko! [aloud] P-chan and Buurin seem to be giving each other the DEADLIEST stare I have ever seen! It makes Hiei's glares look like a smile!
Youko-chan: 3 Seconds to the start of the fight!! 3...
Denise: 2...
Youko-chan: ONE!! AND THERE THEY GO!!
Denise: P-chan is released, and he goes over to Buurin and bites her foot!
Youko-chan: Buurin is now running around the arena like a mad pig! She's yelping! Screaming for P-chan to get off!
Denise: Finally! She pulls her streamer out and whips at P-chan, wrapping it around him expertly!
Youko-chan: She pulls it! But trips! P-chan won't budge!
Denise: This is some battle! [sweatdrop]
Youko-chan: He's gnawing at her, Buurin's whapping him continously to get offa her!!
Denise: chew, chew, chew, chew, chew, he's just chewing...
Youko-chan: whap whap whap whap, whap whap, [yawn] that seems to be the only thing they're doing, 'nee-san. [wry smile]
Azusa: [from afar] OH HOW CUTTTTEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
[Denise and Youko-chan look at each other in surprise]
Denise and Youko-chan: What is Azusa doing at this match up??!
Denise: Ladies and gents! Azusa enters the arena! Buurin and P-chan look at each other in horror and run off screaming!
Youko-chan: She's chasing after them! Hey I didn't know Buurin was named Pinky! [giggle]
Denise: Watch her go! She chased them out! Hey, just a second, who won?
Youko-chan: I dunno, rather confusing. None?
[they look at each other, then Youko-chan turns away]
Youko-chan: [yelling] I WAN MY OKONOMIYAKI!!
Denise: [frustrated sigh] aaack...Youko-chan...
[Youko-chan gets a fresh okonomiyaki, and starts snarfing on it happily]
Youko-chan: [in between snarfs] Jwoin us nexwt month!
Denise: For hopefully a better battle in the Anime Battlegrounds...[shakes her head] this is Denise Minamino,
Youko: With Youko-chan Minamino! [grin]
Denise and Youko: signing off! Ja ne!!
