Shampoo goes out on a delivery. Suddenly two Chinese girls attack her.
It was two of her "sister" villagers from the Joketsuzoku, Linlin and Ranran.
They said that they had trained very hard after they saw Shampoo beaten by
Ranma. When they asked Shampoo how she beat up Ranma, Shampoo said that
she will tell them later.
Ranma-chan acts very cute so she can get an extra tako yaki. Akane yells
at her, saying that she should stay a girl forever. Then Shampoo comes and
pours hot water on Ranma-chan. She says that Ranma has to stay a boy or
else his life is in danger.
Linlin an Ranran go around all over trying to find someone strong to fight.
They beat up Kunou and all the guys at the high school. They eventually
go to the Tendo doujou. There they see the panda. They remember that the
panda was with Ranma when they went to the Joketsuzoku village. They get
the story out of Soun and Genma.
When Ranma, Akane, and Shampoo come home, Linlin and Ranran were waiting
for them. Genma pours cold water on Ranma. Linlin and Ranran start to
fight Ranma-chan, but Shampoo gets in the way and stops them. Then Shampoo
gives Linlin and Ranran the kiss of death.
While Ranma-chan and Akane were discussing Shampoo's problem, Shampoo's
great-grandma comes and tells them that Shampoo is in danger because Linlin
and Ranran have mastered the most powerful fire breathing dragon technique,
and Shampoo hasn't been training recently.
Shampoo was fighting against Linlin and Ranran in the park. Shampoo was
defeating them, but Linlin and Ranran use the fire breathing dragon
technique as a last resort. Ranma-chan hears Shampoo's scream and runs
to her. Shampoo tells Ranma-chan to escape, just as Linlin and Ranran
pop out to face Ranma-chan. They start to fight. Ranma-chan easily beats
them, but Linlin and Ranran use the fire breathing dragon technique,
just as Akane runs to the scene.
The fire breathing dragon technique turns out to be the music to
"jajaumani sasenaide" and a mechanical fire breathing dragon costume.
The music apparently forces the opponent to dance around uncontrollably,
disabling their defenses. Then the dragon fries the opponents.
Ranma-chan and Akane fight against Linlin and Ranran. Ranma-chan makes
Akane get on her back and cover her ears, so that she can fight without
hearing the music. Ranma-chan then uses the tenshin amaguriken to destroy
the fire breathing dragon and the cassette player which was playing the
music. Just as the dragon was going to explode, Shampoo runs into the
smoke to save Linlin and Ranran.
