Ranma 1/2 episode 15.
"Enter Shampoo, the Gung-Ho Girl! I Put My Life in Your Hands"
This is the episode where we get to see Shampoo!
The story is basically the same as the manga vol. 4 parts 5 and 6.

Akane and Ranma-chan are sitting in a ice-cream store. Ranma has never
eaten any "cute" ice-cream (parfait, sundaes) before, because he was a
boy. Now, she is hogging them down like a pig.
The building shakes, and Shampoo comes breaking through the wall.
She starts to try killing Ranma. Ranma hides inside a locker, and
Akane tells Shampoo that Ranma ran away. Shampoo goes out after
Ranma.
Ranma tells Akane about what happened in China. [same as manga]
He explains that it happened just shortly after he and his father
had fallen in to the cursed springs of Jusenkyo not far from Shampoo's
village, Joketsuzoku, in China. When they arrived at Shampoo's village,
still in their cursed forms (girl and panda) , they were starved. Then
they saw this lavish banquet laid out on the table and they gobbled it
all down. Only to discover that it was the prize for the strongest
warrior in their annual contest, who happens to be Shampoo! When
Shampoo demanded to know what this girl was doing, Ranma-chan challenged
her. Ranma-chan beats Shampoo with ease. Well that was a BIG mistake on
Ranma's part. Shampoo having no other choice (as it was the Tribal Law)
gave Ranma-Chan the Kiss of Death. Ranma then fled. Wisely so, for by
that act Shampoo had just sworn to hunt Ranma-Chan down to the ends of
the earth until she is killed.
Ranma and Akane go home, and they see Shampoo waiting for them. Once
again Ranma fled. Enraged, Shampoo turned on Akane who helped
Ranma-chan escape. However as she prepared to fight, a stranger stepped
in (Akane's fiancee, Ranma in boy form(kun), who Shampoo believed was also
coincidentally called Ranma) and defeated her, alas knocked her out.
When Shampoo awakens, Ranma-kun expects another kiss of death. Instead
Shampoo kisses him and says "Wo An Ni" -I love you! [same as manga]
Shampoo shows them the book which has the customs of her tribe, Nabiki
reads it for them, "Acccording to the Joketsuzoku's Tribal Laws. In the
event that a woman warrior is defeated by an outsider, if her opponent
is a woman, she must give her the kiss of death and kill her. However if
the opponent is a man, she must make him her husband." Ranma tries to
tell Shampoo that she shouldn't just follow the rules.... [same as manga]
Ryouga splashes cold water on Ranma-kun to turn him into a girl.
Shampoo chases after Ranma-chan and tries to kill her. Nabiki pours
hot water on Ranma-chan to turn him into a boy. She says that it will
cost him 2000 yen. Shampoo then chases Ranma-kun and tries to hug
him. Ryouga splashes Ranma with cold water again.. Nabiki calls
Ranma-chan and tries to get 5000 yen...
