Ranma and Akane goes to Tofu sensei's place to try to fix Ranma's problem.
Tofu sensei says that he can't fix it. But, he gives Ranma another hit
that will let him touch hot water. Tofu sensei is about to tell them that
this hit will only work once, but Kasumi calls and Tofu sensei forgets
about everything.
[They show a close up of Ranma's transformation! They show Ranma-chan's
breasts as hot water is being poured on to Ranma.]
On the way home from school, Shampoo and her great grandmother appear.
Ranma is about to start fighting with great grandma when Moose appears.
He hugs Ranma, thinking that it's Shampoo, and says that he is going to
marry Shampoo. Great grandma tells Moose that Shampoo is going to marry
Ranma. Moose and Ranma start to fight. They promise to fight a match
the next day and if Moose wins he gets Akane.
The next day, Ranma and Ranma's father are practicing in the Tendo yard.
Akane receives a phone call from Tofu sensei saying that Ranma's problem
isn't really fixed and his hit only works once. Ranma falls into the
pond and turns into a girl.
Everyone is waiting in the park for Ranma. The battle ring is ready and
Moose is waiting. Ranma appears about 30 minutes late. He dresses in a
full gown and dark glasses to hide his body from everyone. From his
gown, he brings out many things and throws them out like a magician.
Then, he throws everything off and says that he transformed himself into
a girl. This upsets Moose and he also throws off his gown. They fight
some more but Ranma is losing because his arms and legs are too short as
a girl. Finally, Ranma uses the tenshin amaguriken to defeat Moose.
