This is perhaps one of the more important things that I have forgotten to place on this site months ago...the HTML fragment! Well, stop all yer yackin' :-) because the HTML fragment is here to stay.  Hope this will make joining the ring easier for both me and you guys.

Now, on with the HTML fragment. Make sure the fragment is VISIBLE ON YOUR MAIN PAGE. AND WARNING WITH FRAMES. I RELY ON THE WEBRING CHECKER FOR THE FRAGMENT AND IF YOUR SITE USES FRAMES , ONLY THE HTML CODE OF THE MAIN PAGE OF YOUR SITE WOULD PROBABLY HAVE THE FRAGMENT AND NOT THE HTML CODE OF THE FRAME ITSELF. SO MAIL ME IF YOUR SITE USES FRAMES
