After four years i decided to create another Tokimeki skin, This skin is still base on the old winamp 2.80. There is no mini browser because i got no idea how to make it and i have never used the mini browser. Also take note that this skin was done using Paint Shop Pro 4, so there will be no wild effects. Therefore i stick to a bold and simple design.
