Who is Ami?

Ami Mizuno (American version Ami Anderson) is the second Sailor Scout to appear and the first to aid Sailor Moon. Ami is known as Sailor Mercury. As a normal girl, she goes to Crossroads Junior High School. Her friends are Rei, Lita, Mina and especially Serena who first befriended Ami, and is her bestest friend. She's the genius of the inner scouts (senshi). You might think she is boring, but she's not. She is pretty, sometimes really funny, but deep down she is just like any other young girl who loves to spend time with her friends. To summon the powers of Mercury and to transform to Sailor Mercury, Ami recites the words "Mercury Power" (depending on the series) or "Mercury Crystal Power Make-up". She uses her "Mercury Bubbles Blast" to fight evil, along with the help of her companions...
