Setsuna Meiô Setsuna Meiô draws her power from the distant planet Pluto. Her name Meiô simply means "Pluto" or it can be read as "Hades". Sailor Pluto is a unique scout. After the battle with Queen Beryl in the Moon Kingdom as you may know. The Senshi's were all reincarnated in the future. Well all but one. Pluto is the only Senshi who wasnt reincarnated therefore she is the oldest Senshi (scout) alive. Her jump much different from the other senshi's. Other than just being a Senshi Pluto holds the Power of Time. And she is the trusted Guardian of Time. She is forbidden to use time, but she does make exceptions. *******(Spoiler****** She is in fact the one who brings back Rini or Chibi Usa back to the past in the quest to retrive the Eperium Crystal. And she is also the one who was talking to Rini through the Luna Ball.
