Kanoe

Hinoto's one and only younger sister. Kanoe is not a dream gazer like Hinoto, but she has the ability to see her older sister's dreams and thus see the future. An ambitious woman playing a dangerous game. She gathers the Dragons of Earth to fulfil the future that both she and Hinoto saw in the dream - the destruction of Earth. She works as a secretary in the Government building on the surface to hide her identity and gain information. While Hinoto lives underneath the House of Representatives, Kanoe's headquarter, where the Dragons of Earth gather, is situated right underneath the Government building.
