Carol
took that picture when she was traveling to Japan in 1998. She
doesn't remember the name of the place, but the translation is
somewhat like "Holland Village".

Carol is one of my best friends from Taiwan. We knew
each other when we were studying at Washington State University,
Washington. Carol is a pretty girl with a kind heart who can
get along with almost everybody. I admire her a lot (sorry, you
are not on my Favorite People list :P) because she is independent
and has a wonderful personality.
At
WSU, Carol and I used to play tennis
3-4 times per week (we tanned our skin like roasted duck hee
hee hee), shop at Wal-Mart, and play computer together......
those were the days oh~ I do miss hanging out with her.
You
may think that Carol is or was my girl friend. Well, tell you
the truth, we are and were good friends even though she is pretty
and kind. I think we are only good friends because I always treat
her as a guy (or she treats me as a gal), especially when we
were playing tennis (she is a good player oh~) and she is 7 cm
taller than me. I am not saying that I am short. As a matter
of fact, she is a bit taller than average Chinese girl.
