Garlic
Ginger, chopped
Lemon grass
Lime leaves
Laos powder
Coriander

Santan
Grated and roasted coconut
Salt and pepper

Cut chicken in saute pieces.
Fry the onions and garlic in oil.
Add the spices and stir.
Add santan and bring to boil.
Add lemon grass and lime leaves.
Add salt and pepper.
Add chicken and simmer until tender.
Add roasted coconut to thicken sauce.
Arrange on a gratin dish and serve with white rice.
the sauce should almost be absorbed.
