I went to Ghibli today, and here is some info I got about PM's worldwide
release.
(I didn't take memo, so I might be remembering the timing of the release
wrong, but I do remember the countries.)

April 7, Spain (Spanish dub)
May, Belgium (Dutch and French dub), Netherlands (Dutch dub), Italy (Italian dub)
June, Brazil (Portuguese dub), Mexico (Spanish dub)
Fall, Germany (German dub), Austria (German dub)

As far as I can tell, the UK was not in the lineup.
