Purpose:
To impart pre-service and in-service training for the secretaries of the
union councils, project managers of local governments and rural development
department and officials and officers of local council service, in latest
techniques of project planning and appraisal, office management of local
councils, co-ordination with other national departments (agriculture,
co-operatives, small industries etc.), public relation, adult literacy
and women youth clubs etc.
